Purpose and scope
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions governing access to and use of the website meg.ma (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Mohamed EL GHERBI, self-employed professional, ICE 002537210000028.
Accessing the Site implies full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site.
These Terms exclusively govern the conditions of use of meg.ma as a presentation and contact platform. The conditions applicable to commercial services are set out in separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs).
Access to the site
The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. The costs of Internet connection and computer equipment required to access the Site are the exclusive responsibility of the user.
Mohamed EL GHERBI reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently close access to the Site or certain sections thereof, in particular to carry out updates, maintenance, or any operation necessary for its proper functioning.
Intellectual property
All content published on the Site — texts, articles, case studies, visuals, photographs, infographics, logos, trademarks, editorial structure and technical architecture — constitutes protected works under Moroccan Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and applicable international conventions (Berne Convention, WIPO).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction, distribution, commercialisation or exploitation, even partial, of any of these elements, by any means whatsoever (digital, analogue, mechanical), is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Mohamed EL GHERBI.
Trademarks and logos present on the Site are registered. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
Prohibited conduct
It is strictly prohibited to use the Site for purposes of:
- Automated data collection (scraping, unauthorised crawling, mass content extraction)
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene content or content infringing the rights of third parties
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site's computer systems, databases or infrastructure
- Introducing viruses, malware or any malicious code capable of impairing the functioning of the Site
- Circumventing the security and protection measures in place
- Reproducing or imitating the Site for competitive or misleading purposes
Any breach of these prohibitions exposes its author to civil and criminal proceedings in accordance with Moroccan law in force.
Limitation of liability
Mohamed EL GHERBI uses all reasonable means to ensure the availability, accuracy and currency of the information published on the Site. However, he cannot guarantee:
- The absence of errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the content
- Continuous and uninterrupted access to the Site
- The absence of viruses or harmful components on the Site
Mohamed EL GHERBI shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site, inability to access it, or the reliability of the information it contains.

The processing of personal data of Site users is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy of meg.ma, accessible at the bottom of the page, established in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08.
Amendments to these Terms
Mohamed EL GHERBI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to comply with any applicable legislative or regulatory developments. The Terms in force are those accessible online at the time of the user's visit. It is the user's responsibility to consult them regularly.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
